I have read just about every novel that King has written and Under The Dome is in my opinion one of the better one's. It is a sprawling novel along the likes of his masterpiece The Stand and hopefully should make for great TV as it has a strong pedigree behind it with the likes of King, Steven Spielberg and Niels Arden Oplev (who directed the original Girl With The Dragon Tattoo) to name a few.
