The Lovely Bones - My Review

I held off on watching this movie as I had read the book and loved it and now I wish I had held off longer. What a disappointment! So much talent involved and I am a big fan of Peter Jackson but this was a mess. There was no flow to this and the whole movie felt like individual scenes that added up to nothing. Rachel Weisz is a major talent with nothing to do here and once again Mark Wahlberg feels lost and leaves one wishing that Ryan Gosling (the original lead who dropped out) would of stayed on and given this movie some much needed depth. Rating - 4 out of 10

Aubrey O'Day Melissa Molinaro and Taryn Manning at Paul Franks for FNO in LA

Taryn was DJ'ing at the club so I decided to check it out and was able to get an autograph of her as well as Melissa and Aubrey. Didnt know Aubrey was going to be there until her publicist told me she was coming. Um, thanks! All three were really nice but what stuck out to me that night was Paula Labaredas. I asked her if she had ever been in a movie and she said yes and the title was "Camel Spider"! I looked it up and it also stars C Thomas Howell! I've never been more excited to see such a B movie! I have to find this movie but alas its not on Netflix! I thought they had everything!

Its been a couple years since I've seen her but she was just as nice as I remember her and signed an autograph for me. I was going to try to get a picture with her but she was literally only there for 2-3 minutes top and then left!

Summer Roberts Stiffed Her Fans! *&^*! My encounter with Rachel Bilson

Oh how Rachel Bilson evades me! I have gotten her to sign years ago but lately I just cant get her autograph and a picture with her! She was at sunglass hut to promote their store for Fashion night out (FNO) in LA and wouldnt sign on her way in. While she was in the store I told her I would BUY a pair of sunglasses to get a couple autographs of her and she still refused! Needless to say I was not happy and honestly she did not look happy to be there either.

I wasnt able to get her at the Warrior premiere so had to try again last night and the second time was a charm. She was very nice, signed multiple items and looked great in person! I got her on my Warrior 12x18 so its now finished and added her to my house cast shot plus a couple sexy shots! Good night and got home early to watch Big Brother with my wife!

Elijah Wood Signed for fans in Hollywood!

I have met Elijah before and he's been nice each time I've seen him and once again he signed but much less than before. I managed to finish my 11x14 of Green Street Hooligans that already had Charlie Hunnam on it so mission accomplished! Couldn't manage to get any video of him signing as I was working to hard just to get the auto's!

Answer to last weeks poll question

What movie wont Steven Speilberg sign? The answer is Schindlers List. He has stated it many times when we have got him to sign and when we ask he never says why. My theory? I think it is probably simple. He told me one time it was his favorite experience making a movie and obviously is very dear to his heart and I believe he thinks what he is signing is being sold (and he's ok with it) as long as its not Schindlers List. The only way to insure that, dont sign it!
